About the Performer
Nigel Coxe is a Jamaican born, British trained pianist living in the United States. He has performed widely in Europe, Great Britain, and the United States, and has appeared as soloist with the London Philharmonic, London Symphony, Hallé Orchestra, and many others. He has given recitals for the Australian Broadcasting Commission, Sydney, and made numerous solo and concerto broadcasts for the BBC London and European stations.
Mr. Coxe is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music, London. He teaches at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
